Carl's Jr. - Rancho Cucamonga

I requested a big order of hamburgers (almost 100) for my after school program. Kaley the manager met me at the door and had my order ready with the help of Veronica and the crew. They were amazing and so helpful and I thank them so much. The students loved the hamburgers.

Outstanding customer service everytime I drive thru. Who ever does the hiring does a great job finding such nice upbeat staff. And my meal is always good.

I just wanted to give a shout out to our cashier from last night, Kaidee. I know working fast food and especially at a time like this can be challenging but she had a great personality and went out of her way to make our experience very pleasant. I went through the drive-thru, the dining area was already closed by 8pm. I ordered, and when I got to the window, I was about to pay when the worker told me that they only accept apple pay when I was trying to pay with Samsung pay. Heads up everyone,Carl's Jr doesn't accept Samsung Pay.

Employee gardenia was customer service friendly, appreciate the smiles. Forgot my request of bbq sauce, french fries were cold.
