Contribuisci feedbackWe ordered the peking dumplings and salt and pepper shrimp, but after over an hour, we still hadn’t received our food. The dumplings were okay, but the salt and pepper shrimp had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long; they were dry and the entire dish was disappointing. After waiting for an hour, we asked the manager for an update on our order, and he said he would check on it. Unfortunately, he never returned with any information. Finally, about 10-15 minutes later, the food was brought to our table. To make matters worse, we didn’t receive any apology from the staff at all. The waitress didn’t check on us during the wait, and the only time we saw her was when she dropped off the credit card slip. The service was terrible, and there was no explanation for the delay. Given that there were only 2-3 people in the bar area, they certainly weren’t busy. The food was disappointing, and based on this experience, we won’t be returning to this restaurant. I can’t understand how they treat customers this way. I definitely don’t want to witness their lack of professionalism with their staff again. There are many other dining options available—no one should tolerate such poor service by eating here.
