My 3 friends and myself attended Hip Hop Bingo on Sunday July 16th from 6pm to 9pm. I'm rating my review based on the service, facilities, and Food.Facilities: This event was sold out and it seemed as if the facilities were not properly equipped with air conditioning or cooling- it was extremely hot. Two Stars for facilities. Maybe the air wasn't working, I don't know.Service: The service was disappointing at best. We arrived at 6 and were seated by 6:10. The bar was packed and the Promoter specifically stated not to order food at the bar because they were only doing drinks. A server was going to come around to each table to take orders. A server came by 7:15 to take our order after we tried twice to at least get someone's attention and let them know we wanted to order food. The servers rushed by us as if they didn't see us each time. The entire menu was available for order (It probably would have benefited them to have a limited menu with the easier and faster appetizers, but sure, make lamb on a busy and obviously overwhelming night). We kept our food simple: Fish and Chips and Chicken Tenders. We also ordered two Peach Sangrias.Food: We never received our food. We did get our Peach Sangria 45 minutes after we ordered and it was very watery and tasted nothing like Peach. The only saving grace was the young man Bartendering who made us something else that was satisfactory. He was amazing and upbeat and positive. As for our food, at 8:20, our server came out and told us they were out of Fish and asked if we wanted to sub out Chicken Tenders. I said fine because I was starving. 8:45, our server came back and asked if we wanted our check. We never received food. She did apologize and say there was only one chef working and she could maybe bring us fries, but at that point, we waited nearly 3 hours for food and we were ready to leave. We paid $42 per person as an entry fee to the event and considering the restaurant most likely got their cut from the event, it's terrible to treat people who wanted to spend money the way we were treated. We were ignored, and I wish we could have tried the food because the Fish and Chips we saw coming out of the kitchen 30 minutes after we were told they were out of fish looked good. I hope they improve their service before having another sold out event.

Here for hip hop bingo. I suggest turning the fans counter clockwise during the summer. The place was so hot. Service was disorganized and chaotic in the beginning, but they got it together. The beef kabob was nice and tender.

Lousy place,that's all I'm going to say. Try to over charge for food I never ordered.I will never go back!

It's been long gone.There is no business here it's closed down permanently.There is no food, service or ambiance.
