Staff was friendly, food was subway fresh... Was very quick to grab lunch for a friend with only a 30 minute break.
It is conveniently located Subway, right next to my work! All I can say, that it is a typical Subway restaurant. There is, usually, ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The meals are healthy, and delicious, at the same time. The wait time,when I usually come, during lunch breaks, is long. However, it usually moves quite fast. The prices are quite fair, and usuallythe same is in any other Subway restaurant. The place, itself, is quite clean. So definitely, if anyone is in Rancho Cucamonga,I would recommend anyone to stop by this eatery, it is on the left side of the convenience store!
The Sandwich Artist seem to be in a bad mode. She was quite unprofessional and didn't know how to use the Coupon code I had for Free drink. Her colleague had to pitch in and help me but no one spoke correctly considering a Customer awaiting for them tofigure out what's wrong.. Anyway, Tried their new Red Hot Buffalo chicken sandwich and it was good.
Edit 6/30/20: I received a response from the district manager today, however it did not address my main concern: that I was still charged despite my order never being filled because the restaurant was closed without notice when I arrived to pick up. Inow have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to my card provider and have this charge reversed. In addition to that, itwill take a while for the charge to actually be reversed. Extremely disappointing customer service (end edit) I had a badexperience with this location today and won't come here again in the future. I placed an online order today, 6/27/20, andreceived a confirmation stating my order would be ready for pickup at 4:35 p.m. When I arrived the lights were on but the doorwas locked. There wasn't any kind of sign indicating why it was locked. I waited outside for over 10 minutes, knocked severaltimes, called the phone number several times but there was not a single employee in sight and no one answered my calls. I evenwalked next door to am/pm to see if they had any idea what may have happened but they didn't. I got home and noticed a pendingcharge is on my credit card. There isn't a way to contact Subway corporate by phone so I had to contact them by email in orderto request the charge on my card be reversed.
