The Cheesecake Factory

Since the pandemic, the service has significantly deteriorated. The food isn't well-prepared and often arrives cold. I ordered the Cajun Jambalaya, and it looked unappetizing and was served cold. The avocado egg rolls I tried were also disappointing. I have no intention of returning to The Cheesecake Factory.

As for service, I give it 3 stars. It seems that whenever we visit – which is usually just once a year, often over New Year's weekend – the servers and host staff are friendly but clearly overwhelmed. We often feel like the service is lacking; for instance, we rarely get our water refilled. I wonder if they'd leave a pitcher if we asked? The atmosphere also gets a 3-star rating. It's usually quite loud and bustling, but the music is soothing and helps set a pleasant tone. While I understand it’s a popular spot, perhaps the crowds mean that servers can't deliver the top-notch service we'd hope for. Despite everything, we keep returning. It's a well-known choice for birthdays, and we always leave satisfied and full from our meal.

The food was enjoyable, but I have two concerns. When we were seated, the waitress informed us that they were out of bread and it would take some time to replenish. Since we had a large party and arrived quite hungry, this was disappointing. Although we ordered appetizers, they also took a while to arrive. If they were aware that the bread would take a long time, they should have offered us an alternative. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean, which was another downside to our experience.

This restaurant it's clean, friendly staff. Food delicious. Definitely recommend coming here to eat at a nice restaurant.

Can't miss with cheesecake and coffee, although the coffee was pretty weak.
