Contribuisci feedbackWhen I first arrived, there was a two-hour wait, which was expected since it was a busy Saturday around 7:30 PM. So, be prepared for long wait times on weekends. Our server, Thea, was very friendly and did a great job keeping everything on track. I rated the restaurant three stars because the food was just okay. I was particularly disappointed with the japchae, which was undercooked; the noodles were hard and overly oily. I realize that this is a K-BBQ restaurant, and you can often find better japchae at local mom-and-pop shops. Another issue was the gochujang, which had a watery consistency and resembled sriracha more than the traditional, thicker sauce. In terms of banchan quality, I believe there are better options available at other K-BBQ places. However, if you're primarily interested in the meat and don’t mind the other elements, this place could be a good fit for you.
The service was extremely disappointing. Thankfully, we prepare the food ourselves. The server accidentally spilled all the juice from the meat on my lap and informed me that they didn’t have any sanitizer wipes available. When I pointed out that it’s a kitchen and asked if they had anything to clean the table, he brought me a dirty rag to wipe it down. After ordering another round of meat, we waited about 15 minutes without receiving any food. I even had to get up to request a soda refill. This was around noon on a Friday, and the place wasn’t particularly busy. On a positive note, the quality of the meat was excellent for the price. However, I would likely try another location before returning here; the more pretentious establishments tend to have the worst experiences.
Decent quality of meats and sides, but service was very poor. Since we entered the restaurant we didn’t encounter anyone smiling. Plates and glasses were chipped and the server did not check on us. We had to ask for the same side of rice three times before we finally got it. Even the burning grill took forever to be changed. And all of this happened during a slow week lunch.
Our server Alyssa was excellent, attentive, and friendly!! The food was great, as usual, and the music kept the atmosphere fun and upbeat! The place is always crowded, so lunchtime was a great time to go!Food: 5/5
First time here and so thankful I went with my Korean friend.... She was an ordering and cooking all star. It 's not an inexpensive place by any means 30.00+ per person but it was a lovely experience... We sat at the bar , I enjoyed that!!Food: 5/5
