Contribuisci feedbackThe service is great at this location. I was lucky enough to be served by Alejandra. She provided by excellent customer service to me. She made the appropriate recommendations and the food was excellent. The restaurant was clean and presentable. I was most impressed by Alejandra though, professional demeanor, yet friendly, clean uniform, great interaction with the customer. The manager should feel lucky to have such talent on his team. I'm not currently hiring for the company I work for, but when positions open up, I'll do my best to recruit her.
I was definitely surprised at how much I like the food here. I came around 9pm because this was one of the few places that was healthier than fast food and open at this time.I got the rib plate and it was really good for its price of $10/$11. The beef was lean and had a good char on both sides. There was also quite a few pieces. It also came with a kale salad that was a little tart which I enjoyed. Definitely will come back!
Online ordering was easy and my food was ready when I arrived. You can order for curbside pick up or come in. Your order can be easily retrieved right at the counter, freshly made and well packed (sauces, utensils, and napkins). Salmon Veggie Bowl with Half-ocado is loaded with protein, good fats, and deliciousness, which makes it okay to get a second serving of that special Waba sauce .
Rude customer service. The employee Angie was rude. Won?t visits the site again Manger must give her a lesson how to treat the customers.
Very disappointing. I usually get waba in another place in Rancho, but I was near this one. I got a half-filled bowl and the steak looks like it was cooked hours before. Just sad. will not be back.
