Waba Grill - Rancho Cucamonga

I had a wonderful experience at Waba Grill! I ordered the Sweet n Spicy Chicken Combo and opted for the protein/rice bowl, which offered several great options. For a side, I tried the loaded chicken mousse soup, and my meal came with a refreshing drink. The prices were very reasonable, and everything was fresh, hot, and served with a perfectly chilled drink. Highly recommend!

The food was amazing, but the young lady at the counter was quite rude and unfriendly. She didn’t even smile, which might have been due to her having a bad day. Regardless, it would have been nice if she had shown some appreciation when someone thanks her.

The order was not correctly fulfilled, and it took an additional 17 minutes to complete.

Pretty happy with this Waba Grill franchise. They have health food options.

Store employees often do NOT care to get your order right. One had to complain several times, and now they get it at 90% of the time. I tried to accept that I can't get what I pay, but today's lack of accountability was horrific and the last straw. There are characters in the window where a mask is required due to COVID. However, none of the employees have advanced the rule. The cashier tried to tell me that she was not aware of the rule, although she must pass the front panel every time she comes to work. All employees wore mask from behind the plastic counter shielding. Like a customer, under adverse conditions, I should only get a chicken bowl that is made to my taste only 90% of the time. In addition, if workers here lack the moral obligations and accountability to meet health standards and good practice, what they otherwise deal with such a lack of care. Food falls on the ground, oh good. Odd chicken, no spice, as long as customers don't know. Clean the counter and generally keep the required health codes, please, who would know it. Simply put, employees here cannot trust what is right moral, ethical and (most important) legal.
