Ben Jerry's - Rancho Mirage

I stopped by after dinner for some shakes. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, I gave it a low rating because our shakes were more liquid than thick. They disappeared quickly, which was disappointing. I'm sure the shakes are usually good, but it would be great if they could keep the consistency in mind.

If you’re looking for an example of poor customer service, this is the place to visit. I hate to say it, but it’s true. The ice was great, but the service was terrible. This happened on Labor Day around 5:30 PM. I’ve decided to reach out since management might want to know who it was; it wasn’t the tall guy, but the shorter one. I rarely leave reviews, but my friend was extremely disappointed by the lack of friendliness and courtesy.

Fantastic service! The young man who attended to us truly brightened our day. He was friendly and attentive. As we enjoyed our delicious ice cream, he diligently moved around the store, ensuring everything was clean and organized. Impressive work ethic! It was a pleasure to visit.

Great location, with outside seat near the water. Many ducks. Servers were great.

Fantastic ice cream for when you have a sweet tooth after dinner.
