Fleming's Steakhouse Rancho Mirage

I thought the steak was too thin to be considered a true black and blue. The manager acknowledged that the chef should have used a thicker cut. It seemed to be much less than 16 ounces, let alone the 20-ounce cut advertised on the menu. The manager did offer a glass of wine, which was a nice touch. However, my vodka soda was made incorrectly twice in a row.

Valentine’s Day fabulous service and great filet and largest shrimp

Dana was very attentive to our needs and made my son’s birthday celebration a memorable one. The food was delicious and so was the wine.

Wonderful evening enjoying a Birthday dinner with my wife. Service was exceptional and the food was terrific. Fleming’s is always satisfying.
