Haus Of Poké - Rancho Mirage

This restaurant makes me eager to return to Hawaii right away. The fresh fish is fantastic, the music is great, and the service is friendly. Treat yourself to a bowl here; you won’t regret it!

However, I do have a complaint about our most recent visit. When we arrived, there was only one person taking orders, and the young girl at the counter didn't greet us at all. None of the three staff members acknowledged our presence. Instead, the first girl merely glanced at my husband and then gave me a disdainful look without saying a word. Meanwhile, the second girl was chatting with the third girl behind the counter as we waited. When the third girl finally approached us, we hoped she would help, but instead, she informed us that someone would assist us in a few minutes and walked back to converse with the second girl again. We started to feel like we were bothering them. Eventually, the third girl came over when my husband asked a question about a menu item, but her response was abrupt and rude. She identified herself as the supervisor, though it's worth noting that none of the girls were wearing name tags, so we couldn't verify this. Her behavior did not reflect that of a supervisor at all. We left feeling very disappointed by the overall experience. It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer service awareness nowadays. A simple greeting with a smile would have made a huge difference instead of being left to wait while they chatted. The attitude of the employees directly impacts the ambiance, and a negative demeanor can truly ruin the customer experience.

We absolutely love it! The food is always fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. Thank you! As for parking, there's plenty available right out front.

Went in to grab lunch and was helped by Dakota. Let me just say my experience was great! Dakota was friendly, informative and just had the best attitude. She deserves a raise!!! I will definitely be back again. Thank you Dakota tell your manager we said you need a raise! This was at house of poke Rancho

I asked for sauce/dressing on the side. And then there was no sauce/dressing, but I didn't say hold the sauce/dressing. When I asked for the sauce/dressing, the clerk said ok, but dis not return. It was busy so- whatever. It was just okay.
