Maracas Mexican Cantina Grill

All I can say is that this was the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. WOW, authentic food and mature, knowledgeable staff. I don't live in the area, but, visit quite frequently. I have definitely found my go to restaurant for future trips to the area. Thanks for the great meal and the wonderful dining experience.

P I C K T H I S P L A C E ! ! One of the best in the desert for price, quality, margaritas, service, and table salsa. Price is not the most expensive like Fresh Agave) but not the cheapest El Mexicali). Cadillac Margaritas are so good. Nice and strong and delicious. Keep it this way!! Food is so good. Super Fast. We've been 3 times and it just gets better. Scratch made traditional fare, good pricing on enormous portions. Excellent house made salsa. Ask for Blad to be your server, he's great at his job and makes us feel quite welcome.

OMG!!! Do they know how to cook or what!? The absolute best fajitas EVER!!! The best Cadillac Margaret's EVER!!! Since I'm from the LA area I can't say that I would drive there when I'm in the mood for mexican food, but I would drive there for the food. Stay the night...or two and the Westin Resort and Spa, then hit the casino AND then hit Maracas again the next day and drive home.... Forgive the run on sentence, but I'll repeat...OMG!!! PLEASE open a location in LA. Pretty please

Excellent service, fajitas quesadillas was good! The mango/Brie was okay. Chip and dip was addicting!
