P F Chang's Rancho Mirage

Everything was absolutely delicious! The Crispy Honey Shrimp, Pepper Steak, BBQ Spare Ribs, and Brussels Sprouts were all fantastic. Each dish was prepared with great attention to detail.

The Mongolian beef was delicious, but the chicken and shrimp were bland and hard to tell apart. The ribs, on the other hand, were fantastic!

On Saturday, my food arrived around 6:30 PM via DoorDash from P.F. Chang's. Unfortunately, the Mongolian beef was dry and chewy, like it had been overcooked. The eggplant was also lacking moisture. I had requested some chili paste and their special sauce, but those didn’t make it into the order. I was very disappointed, as I usually enjoy P.F. Chang's.

Orange Chicken Bowl was good but soggy, which was expected because of packaging and travel time. Wish they packaged the chicken separately from the sauce. Kung Pao Chicken Bowl was delicous and would definitely order again. Not soggy at all but it also doesnt really have a "wet" sauce on it, so it holds up better.

Did You know you can ask for no soy/ tofu in your food, I have allergies with all soy products and did you know that P.F. Chang use seame seed oil, to fry there food, this is why I order their food, other Chinese restaurants use soy oil, they said vegetable oil, which is soy oil unless they say coconut, are canola or ? The vegetable oil statement covers alot of oils that are vegetables. Also P.F. Changs do not use MSG...Food is expensive but better than getting sick from soy oil Tofu and MSG, and GMOs contaminated in your food. Also so far there food is really tasty, yummy ok, and Delivery is on point. Lets support them keep them open please!
