The Edge Steakhouse - Rancho Mirage

Dinner with friends. Pros: Attention. Beautiful modern ambience with one of the best views of the Coachella Valley. Friendly management. Helpful staff. Best bones in Ribeye I've ever eaten. I ordered it medium rare and cut it like a fillet. Brussels sprouts ordered a spectrum of flavors. Stuffed potatoes were seasoned. Negative: A bit loud where our party was. The apple dessert was not satisfied as a cold dish.

Excellent service. Attention to detail with children. Hands on experience with well-being children. Food was excellent. Absolutely a must. It'll be the next visit to the city.

The experience was super, the staff was amazing, addition to the cooking of steak, salad and desert were amazing. We want to go back next year.

Delicious steak and a meat rib cap was something I've never heard of. Fun cocktails, delicious side dishes and a look at the Coachella Valley, which is hard to beat!!!! Romantic, perfect place for a date night!
