The Ritz-carlton, Rancho Mirage

Beautiful environment, beautiful architecture and friendly staff. during this second visit to this property, we came to discover some things that are really different for a Ritz-Carlton crew: reasonable hygiene and: visible spots on the bed skirt, dusty back surface, peeled wallpapers at the rande of the bathroom not dazzling, but in any case it turns out to ask if they were accidentally checked into a motel Finally, we had to carry all our parcels ourselves without helping to miss our lunchtime. wonderful end. my last visit was much better.

If you ever wanted to understand why Ritz is above all in service, visit this hotel. Room was great. Service was exceptional. Every interaction was well handled. Any hiccups were promptly addressed. Have nothing but praise to provide. A very well managed hotel with exceptional Ladies and Gentlemen.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week in paradise. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful at every interaction. A few highlights: We had a Terrace Fire Pit room that we just loved! The room and bathroom were spacious and we used the patio every night. The fire created a beautiful ambiance and vibe. We had breakfast and dinner at State Fare and it was phenomenal. I had the avocado toast and my husband had the omelet. For dinner, I had a pasta and my husband had a steak. Awesome service and food! And great wine cocktails too! We had room service as well food arrived hot, was timely and delivered by friendly staff every time. Portions were great and nothing disappointed. We enjoyed the refreshing adult pool every single day. Our main agenda item was simply to recharge and relax. The pool provided that as well as the continued great service, drinks and food. The entire pool staff worked their butts off, a highlight was Vini, she really gave us TLC that we appreciated. The hotel had asked if we were celebrating anything while there and I told them we were! Our 21st wedding anniversary. One night, the brought a lovely cheese fruit tray that was a delightful and appreciated surprise! This was exactly the week we needed and will return!

This was our first time staying here, and it was wonderful for our quick weekend getaway! I wanted to especially thank Milton, Sylvia, and Westley at the front desk as well as Joshua from the pool and Melinda in the state and fare restaurant! They made our experience extra special and provided us with great recommendations as far as food, activities, and even spa services! I will definitely be back.

Our travel agent booked our six night stay via the Ritz Carlton Stars program. Valet and porter staff excellent, housekeeping superior following conversation with Assistant GM re: dirty linens, missing toiletries, etc. State Fare restaurant and room service food quality consistently subpar, cold hot breakfast items, overcooked chicken, where's the tuna tuna nachos. Floor 1, dark hallways with dirty carpets, stained walls and riddled with room service trays and glassware for hours on end. There are plenty of great places to stay in the Palm Springs area with greater convenience to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, my recommendation is book them!
