Dunkin' - Randallstown

The Dunkin's establishment is consistently inconsistent. The quality of their offerings greatly depends on the location and the staff on duty. For example, the iced coffee may vary in sweetness and the items ordered may be prepared differently based on individual preference. I typically ask for less sugar, so I opted out of getting any donuts. The customer service left little impression on me, which leads me to believe it was satisfactory but unremarkable.

I don't understand why customers have to use a kiosk when paying with a credit or debit card at this restaurant. It took longer for me to place my order this way. There appeared to be an issue with receiving my complete order. My coffee and donuts were given to me on a separate ticket from my sandwiches, and the staff didn't seem to know why I was still waiting at the window.

I ordered a sandwich and an ice cream. The iced coffee had too much ice, with only 25 percent actual coffee. I complained and they made me another one. These drinks are too expensive to take three sips and have it gone.

Get the Dunkin coffee n don't forget a delicious donut. yolo!

Dunkin’ is suppose to have mask worn per corporate email, but they have staff not wearing mask.None of the black employees got paid on 2/4/22, but all of the Indian employees were paid. The black employees were told they had to wait until 2/11/22 to get paid.Go to the Dunkin’ on Liberty road….they do NOT respect the black dollar
