Firstly, our booking was for 18:00 and we only received food at 21:00 (ordered around 19:00),I can understand the restaurant may have been busy but the tables around us had catered for 2-3 different parties in the time before our food had even arrived. I had ordered vegetarian Dim Sum and after eating some of it realized that it was meat (this was no fault of the lovely waitron who had confirmed the order with us and upon realizing the mistake was also appalled). I have been vegetarian for over 4 year so this not only upset me emotionally but caused huge digestive issues through the night. The manager offered a simple apology and didn’t charge for the wrong plate of Dim Sum. Now I am not so entitled as to expect anything more than this but I would’ve hoped that such a highly rated restaurant would offer more than just an empty apology to repair the impression given to paying customers. The evening ended abruptly after that incident. Once we got home we looked over the bill as we needed to split it between us and realized we were charged for items that never arrived at our table. This was the rotten cherry on top of what was meant to be a celebratory evening as it was my husband's 30th and my brother's graduation. If the management of FireRoom is happy with how last night was handled then neither person in my party will be recommending this restaurant in future.
Sorry never been there went to Kream it was fantastic
Didn't get to try any of their food, but the cocktails were perfect, along with the service.
Completely blown away by the inventive menu, enthusiastic staff (with a touch of humor I could add) and the relaxed atmosphere. my beautiful date finished the ensemble for an evening to remember
The best grill house and sushi bar, without a doubt! The dishes are presented with flair, and as the name suggests, everything is cooked over fire.
