Subway - Randleman

Stared at by some lady and her daughter. Lady kept staring at me and picking food out of teeth. Then the subs we ordered were disgusting, lettuce was browning, cucumbers tasted old, green peppers were soggy...whole sub was gross. Ordered extra mayo..got none.

One of my family members had a roach in his lettuce but when I told the lady she made a new one free of charge.

Older lady with blonde hair and “blue” eyes is always so rude and judgmental to customers. Extremely impatient and gets aggravated at customers who don’t order as fast as she wants. If you hate people that much you should not work in customer service. I don’t plan on returning until she isn’t there because I’m not paying to be disrespected.

Awesome service from Jennie (Bean). This store discontinued protein bowls but she helped serve my needs anyways. Positive and great customer service. She should definitely be the manager if she isn't already.
