Pilot Travel Center - Raphine

Absolutely the worst pilot I have ever been at in 20 yrs. My usual reviews I try to be understanding and not be opinionated but this case should be reported. I reserved parking online for 34 hr reset and arrived Nov.12th, 2022 Saturday evening, go insideto print parking ticket and regretted it immediately but unfortunately had already started reset. Which the reserved spots arein the back for some reason and nobody cared that people parked in the reserves without reservation. I overlooked this at firstbut then ....well here 's the rest and I am posting some pics also 1st: Sign on the door that showers were out due to hot waterand plumbing issues, even after talking to the manager no refund for even 1 of the nights, instead told me I could walk 2 milesto the the other truck stop ..take note that suddenly 6 am on Monday morning, not at 4am when I went in btw, but just before 6,its working yet I never saw a single plumber 2nd: women 's bathroom out of soap and dirty until after 8 pm on Sunday when rollsof tp was placed on the baby changing table and soap filled...still dirty however until again 6 am on Monday morning 3rd:trashes overflowing even after calling and talking to manager Cathy who only said ok , trash covered the entire parking lot andespecially at the back lot until again Monday morning just before 6 4th: while checking out I asked price that was ringing upfor an item and cashier argued that couldn 't look to see price until transaction was complete, which I simply said I didn 't wantto complete until I knew what I was being charged...manager came over and told me the price 5th: pizza and hot foods looked veryold and soda coffee area very dirty until again Monday morning 6th: coolers not stocked and nobody wanted to go back and get agallon jug of water so I ended up getting couple bottles, an hour and half later they had jugs out...no deliveries 7th: wendysemployee working the drive thru and bagging customer orders kept running his hands thru his

Manager banned us for no reason. No, we never caused trouble and always paid. We do not bother staff. We never leave trash. And left before 9 always. Staff was never the issue, they respected us. The manager herself I felt was targeting us. The banned wasinappropriate. And no one had the number to this woman. We did called customer service as recommend by a man. The representativeon the phone sounded just as confused as us and said that we should have NEVER been banned by the manager. He said he took notesand sent an email to both the store and the company about this unnecessary action. We should be expecting a call to resolve thismanner. I will edit of delete this review once we recieved a response. But, the manager needs to retrained or fired. Cause itwas NOT appropriate. Don't send your poor staff to do ypur dirty work. Especially since they showed kindness. Woman up amd speakto us yourself.

You have to pay the shower attendant in cash to use the shower. They have signs posted indicating that it's not available. No showers are allowed at night unless you pay in cash. During the day, everything operates normally.

The space feels a bit cramped as it tries to fit too many things into one small area. However, it's great to have both a Dunkin' Donuts and a Wendy's available. There's also a large tire repair shop for trucks, which is quite convenient for truckers.
