Arby's - Rapid City

The pickup of door dash ordered today and I showed up and they had no idea that I had commanded one. her tablet was not charged and I had to sit and wait until 20 minutes while it depends that they even work on my order. they also thought all the time I was a binder, so they didn't care I had to wait. will not use this place anymore.

I waited for more than 30 minutes for pommes and cheese sticks for my daughter. Kid work drive through was pleasant, but some people are training them to move faster.

I drove through the line at this restaurant, the service was quick and I received my order relatively fast. Would I go back?

We were greeted by cemmiron and she was professional and friendly. the whole staff was busy, but they commanded to get out quickly. I want them for the big service.

Service was slow. My order wasn't exactly correct, I was told to pull forward and they would bring it out to me. I waited 20 minutes (literally), tried calling knocking on the door (lobby is closed). Finally got back in line in the drive through. Explained that I was still waiting for my corrected items. The female worker told me I needed to be patient as she was training 4 new employees and that I could wait in line behind the 5 cars in front of me to get up to the window.I feel the 20 minutes I already waited was very patient. I went home and ate my cold partial order. Very disappointing.
