Starbucks - Rapid City

Don't come here on the weekend, they can not serve you, even for a poured coffee! This town has a lack of good accesible coffee shops!

Is this the one located in Target? This restaurant is a complete disaster. The drinks were not served in any particular order, as six people who came after me received their drinks before I did. The cashier was nice, but everyone else seemed like they would rather be getting a filling at the dentist than working here. *Update* I couldn't get the shot in my drink as ordered and they wouldn't refund me when they couldn't make my drink. I paid for it and left empty-handed. This place is truly the worst.

Everyone at this location this morning was super kind and helpful, I was so disappointed that they don’t accept tips at this location, I hope they are well compensated as a result! They had to work with struggling equipment but maintained professionalism the whole time.

The staff at this café truly go above and beyond. I brought in a drink to be remade from a different Starbucks and the baristas were extremely kind and attentive, ensuring my drink was made just right. I prefer decaf due to my sensitivity to caffeine, and they crafted a delicious drink with all the flavors I love, including tasty decaf shots. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
