A lovely large indoor and outdoor dining space. Many different things to eat at the buffet. A high standard of cleanliess and service from all staff. We were very impressed by the efficiency of all staff. A good selection of savoury and dessert foods along with an entire selection of drinks. Only negative comment would be that my husband and I are vegetarian and our breakfast was made using the same pans as non veg dishes. The one star out of 1 star is for the waiters being very polite. Have been to different hiltons at different parts of the world, the food wasn't actually hilton's category which i used to have. They said because of theme night, different menue, didn't even see a single cm of seafood from international night, umm ali served 2 straight ahead nights, you can't call it a variety, specially you don't serve 2 same dishes straight ahead, same as potatoes, just sliced and rounded, even herbs were missin … – show

Bad experience with this place, first time I heard about buffet and the water included. The water was one glass only! Variety of food is strange comparing to other open buffet, the only desrve dish was the beef steak, others was like pasta, pizza and white rise! Deserts section, 3 types of cake and fruits. It is open buffet, but for 1 star hotel

Al marjan restaurant is in side the double tree Hilton hotel at Al marjan island very good restaurant and good food with kind waters. We went there for dine in.
