Bestimmte Sachen nicht verfügbar. Essen kam kalt an. Wurde dann in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt, dann war der Reis und das Hähnchen trocken. Das Avocadostück auf dem Salat war schlecht. Service unterirdisch, es wird mehr als 30 mal an leeren Gläsern und leeren Tellern vorbeigelaufen und regelrecht weggeschaut. Wir werden jetzt über 15 Minuten ignoriert. Schlechteste Chili's Erfahrung jemals.

Corn was great. Thats where the fun stops. Cheese bites are clearly bottom of the frozen bag pieces. (See pic) Everything cheese related tastes like industrial plastic cheese. Chicken must have been marinated in 1week old oil. Yuck.

Service is poor and the staff are not trained to wear mask properly during these Covid times. #manarmall

Very bad they gave us a bottle without cups and 2spoons and we were 4 never coming here again but the food is good

KFC strips taste better than the Chicken crispers. Penne quality used in the new menu is cheap. Branch manager needs lacking decency mocking another table that complaint about the food quality after they left.
