‪al Mehfal ‬ - رأس الخيمة

Al Mehfel was found randomly while we were checking out restaurants for dinner one evening. Very good restaurant and taste but the menu is very limited. You won’t found roties, naan rumali etc. Best for hyderabadi briyani Chicken Mutton. Now we regularly visit the place for around 2-3 times a week. Hospitality is nice. Their “Talawa Ghosht with Rice n Daal” is our faviourite. Prices are reasonable. Ambience 2.5/5 Hospitality 3.5/5 Aroma n Taste 4/5 Recommendation 5/5 I have tried many hyderabadi restaurants in RAK and other neighbouring emirates. Al Mehfel is must visit place.

Pretty ol Hyderabadi restaurant which uses to serve best biryanis earlier. However it's quality has gone down. Still it's good enough. Their items like tandoori chicken, curry items, daalcha etc are tasty. Their Halim during iftars in Ramadan is very good. Prices are ok. Parking and accessibility is good. Ambience is just ok. Separate family space available. Overall good enough

Very authentic Hyderabadi cuisine! Tastes like home! Good value for money! You will surely love it! Not that great ambience and surely not a place to take your family out since its too small! If you are looking for authentic Hyderabadi biryani then go to Hyderabad restaurant in Hamra! The one they serve at mehfal is close but not as good as in Hamra! This place serves the best biryani in Ras ak khaimah. Their chicken 65 and other dishes are also very good but for me it's the biryani that takes full marks.
