Boss Burger - Ratoath

I have eaten three times there. The first time was a big burger. Second was a mediocre, I ordered without veggie, but still made with veg.. no big deal except the tomatoes that my organism did not process, and I had to remove. The burger was best, but still edible. Third (today 4 December 22) I order a double Cheeseburger and loaded Pommes. I write and said no veg, have the veg. The guy who cooks the burger eats in front of the grill, which is completely unacceptable, I have been working in hospitality for over 12 years. The frits I got were cold, so cheese was not melted. Honestly, my Sunday night was ruined. Thank you.

What take away shop ever seen and deal, always order in a meal and never get the full order that I have paid missing something all the time, and the next thing you get to order and missing shaft of your meal, I call her in and explained situation she I'm sorry that we are nearby now you will open your delivery tomorrow when we reopen, what???? Where's my money I paid, and I have nothing???

The food is really nice, but the problem is that every time we order, they forget to send something. It may have happened five or six times. I don't understand how you can forget to send a pizza? I understand that mistakes happen and forget to drink a can or a sauce etc. is sometimes understandable, but a pizza? I arranged to let them know and explained that it happened several times. The girl asked her colleague the pizza was still there and it was that I had replied that I didn't want her to sit there as cold, then I was told that I lived in Dunshaughlin (10 minutes drive away) that the food didn't really travel well so that I should come to collect it?? Not a great experience and shame, as I said, the food is nice, but defo must learn how to deal with customers who are not satisfied with good reason.

Really loved the food and have been a big fan since it first started. But the delivery hasn’t improved or the customer service. We waited 1.5/2hrs on multiple occasions for warm soggy food. Not cool. Dis Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

First time ordering from Boss Burger this week. Absolutely lovely food. Delivered quickly by a nice driver. Southern Fried Chicken Burger was the best I ever tasted. Fries were tasty too. Very big portions. Staff really friendly too. Will order again. Well done guys! Service: Take out
