I've enjoyed K Bob's as long as I can remember...sadly, the location in Raton is one of the last. Food is still good a good range of classic American dishes although they have cut back on sides, use of the beloved Salad Wagon, and no more free rolls/cornbread. Maybe that's a local decision. For me, I like the atmosphere, as it's the classic 80's American steakhouse vibe. If you're looking for modern design, innovative dishes, and impeccable service, this might not be the place for you.
