Mcdonald's - Raumati Beach

I work locally and will often get food for myself and kids, the staff are always really lovely and do a really good job! And if we come into the restaurant the service is always very quick and efficient.

Simetimes when going through Paraparaumu, we stop McDonalds for breakfast. The thing I like about ordering your own meal, is that it's contactless. It's easy to navigate through the steps, you pick what you want, pay with your card, take a number and go and sit down. Not long after, your meal arrives. My favourite meal is the Sausage Egg McMuffin with a hash brown and hot chocolate. Not a big meal but just enough to keep you going until lunch. Paraparaumu McDonalds has loads of space to park. It has always been clean and tidy when I've been there. It has a nice feel about it. Out of 10, I would mark it at a 9.

Every single staff member I've encountered give great customer service...some have gone above and beyond. Food is always as expected. An awesome branch of McDonalds.

Used the drive through. Staff very efficient and friendly. Food was quick what more could you ask.

The Paraparaumu McDonald's has had a refit (October 2022) the drive thru now splits into two where two customers can place their orders simultaneously. After the two lanes merge into one lane for payment and then there are two pick up windows one after the other. Once you are aware, it's very easy and fast. The staff are training up but even under training they are fast and friendly. Excellent service. As usual the food quality is consistently good if one likes McDonald's.
