This hotel is great for a comfortable stay. Really appreciate the peaceful location and quality of rooms. Rooms are beautiful ,well maintained, cozy, warm, very spacious and clean. Also there are various useful facilities given. We booked a view room. The Kanchenjunga view from the balcony was amazing. The behaviour of the hotel staff was overwhelming. The hotel staff are so so courteous, polite ,extremely helpful and cooperative. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable . Service quality and staff behaviour are both commendable. Also food is great. Overall it was a great experience at this hotel at Ravangla and I would definitely recommend it to all . Worst experience.Very dirty rooms.Room door lock was not working,we have to keep room door opened while going for sightseeing. Food quality is very bad,and staffs are not so active to treat boarders. Never stay here if you are visiting Ravangla. Rooms: Very bad Nearby activities: Nothing available nearby.Everything is 4-5km away Safety: Zero safety.Door lock was not working. This is a hotel with only four rooms outside of proper Ravangla and locality.Should not be considered this as hotel.Extremly over priced . No ambiance. You will get extremely good hotels in proper Ravangla at same price.This hotel is 5KM away from proper Ravangla. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

One of The best hotels I have ever stayed at in hill region in affordable price. The view from the hotel room is mesmerizing. Attached balcony is also available. And the most important thing is the hospitality. I have been offered complementary food. The food was very tasty. And the behaviour of the hotel staffs is really worm and polite.
