Kfc (taman Setia Rawang)

Really so bad service, long q because of chicken no yet been prepare, really bad arrangement.

Very2 bad service from the ordering counter till the floor staff. Late in serving. Wrong order. Rude staff. Toilet not clean. Aircond not working. Never ever going there again.

This was the worst service I have ever received. It took half an hour to place my order and another half an hour to receive the food. I highly recommend that the restaurant improve their service, as this was a very disappointing experience.

Terrible service at this restaurant. Despite being queue number 285, orders for numbers 286 and 287 were taken before mine. When I asked why, the female worker named LAILI was unhelpful and claimed she didn't take my order. I received a receipt but my order was not displayed, leading to confusion. The worker was rude and unprofessional, telling me my order was out of stock. If my order was handled properly, why did I have to deal with this situation? Treat all customers equally and with respect. Shame on this worker for their behavior.

There is plenty of seating available on the first floor of the restaurant. However, the service could use some improvement.
