Nando's - Rawang

The place were very spacious. I came with my big family. The waiters gave us time to order and help us when needed. The food was always nice and fulfilling. Kenyang sangat. Thank you to nandos rawang team. The bid us farewell and we will definitely come back for more gatherings

Nice place to have a small talk with your friends. Food is good.

24/12/2022: Portion getting smaller and smallest, even you can see their mushroom soup is half bowl. Menu show “Peri soup”, but end up become normal mushroom soup (actual bowl and photo from menu is totally different). QC dropping and don’t recommend to come.. signing off from loyal fan. Always the big fans of Nando’s. Their program used to be very attractive however, upon migrated to new ordering system, ordering process getting unfriendly. ProMotion also getting worst compare last time, compare other similar brand/product. I still prefer their roasted chicken.

The food is nice and all, but the service here is incerdibly bad. Okay so drinks have free refill, but when i ask for a refill they would just tell me to consult my request at the counter for a refill. What makes me more mad is that most of the workers here i see are just standing around doing nothing, laughing and chatting with other colleagues. What is the purpose of the 6% service tax that i paid? One more thing I want to add up is that their closing hours is at 10pm and it was still like 9pm, they were giving these few last customers plastic cups, PLASTIC CUPS. Because why? They are too lazy to wash them? What about the other workers that are just standing doing nothing? I got normal glasses because i was early but I don’t see how this is fair to other customers.

Super friendly staff with a top notch service. Food is good. Love the bgm
