The mushroom soup is too watery. The pizza is good. Garlic bread is burnt
Pizza is good, but the spaghetti is not. The pasta is soggy the tomato sauce is just bland.
Reminiscing the time when i grew up with pizza hut when i was a kid, it was any outlet that we dine back then will be pack with people dining in, upon entering you will be greeted by the most seniors staff showing you to your table with a warm smiles, outlets used to have that vibe, that pizza hut vibe, the nice cozy lighting experience, the cutlery arrangements on the tables, eact time you arrived on your table, it was always ready with the arrangements of plates, a bowls, knifes and forks, napkins besides each plates, ketchup and chili bottle in the middle of the table, and each tabbleware has its own small pizza hut logo embedded to it. The signature wall of red clay brick finish texture, nice downlight on each tables, each table back then has its own unique personal embiance bubble to it so to speak, Waiters servings all around, the smell of pizza succumb the air, the salad bar is the star of the place free to serve, and the hot mushroom stove always served beside the salad bar, i love it when its time to pick your own vegetables and dressings always gives children the curiosity of creativity of mix and match how ever you can as long as the bowl can carry it, and how the pizza being carry to your tabble sizzling with smokey cheese served in front of you, and usually they cut the pizza on your table when after they serve, it's not often you saw the rolling cutter being performing in front of you everyday, Its the equivalent of salt bae famous sprinkling act when he serve its customer, backthen every outlets serves a marvel's the amazing spider man comic book, and for some reason its always the same issued, pizza hut used to create this vibe energy of excitement of dine in experience, the authentic scent of a pizza, the embiance, the staff was always nicely neat shirt fitted, well spoken with friendly tone, genuine smiles as if they proud to selected to serve in a good vibe environment full of exciting positivity experience. My fav part you can request your own cheese sprinkler on your table and have a go with it onto your pizza as your heart desires. Yesterday, i bring my 11year old kid to the same outlet. From outside the lighting is white embiance, splat on the ceiling with no downlight, i can see the place is empty, not even the ketchup bottle being serve on it. Upon entering i can see a shaby looking person scurry towards without saying anything or smiling, walk past me and goes around before what looks like the paying counter and suddenly asking me if im ordering, literally no greeting whats so ever, told her i was having here with my son she then proceed giving us the menu and we're left to find our own seat. I pick the only salad on the menu, a chicken salad, sadly the waiter says its not available, We pick 2 personal size pizza, a bowl of mushroom soup, drummets, and 2 drinks call the waiters even tho the place is empty, without repeating the order she just left, after awhile the drinks comes first, then the soup, the the stacks of plates, on top of it is our napkins and cutlery sets, I've to arrange myself, then the pizza came, it was served on a white plate, theres no salad bar in my sights, the place is quiet, while our stay a family enters the premises, before even saying what their intention they were greeted by that the family has to wait 1 hour before the outlet can take any new orders because of their online demand. The family then proceed to exits. We finish our meal, paid and exit the premise. The degrading process took years, its like one by one, one of its quality is taken away each years, and now we're left with barely even an outlet to serve, it practically a kitchen serving online orders, with no regards to the people that came to dine in. Its a shame, what was once a nice place to have a good dine in experience for your family turns to a mere kanteen vibe with hard cold serves by the greeting waiters. Someone on the corporate ladder up there only concern with the design on the menu, because it does not reflect the outlet embiance, its a shame really.
