Aspen House - Rawlins

We were so surprised this little gem is in Rawlins WY! I took my son who's from out of town for his birthday dinner, the waiter and one young worker were super nice (we arrived 45mins prior to closing). We both had the 14oz blackened rib eye steak that was cooked to perfection!! Superb dish. I ordered a seasoned blackened salmon filet. Very nice with Rosemary seasoned new potatoes. All the other steaks ordered looked very appetizing and well presented. A nice place to dine with your date. There were 12 people in our group. the service was prompt, and the gentlemen serving us were very professional.
