Hayloft Ice Cream - Rawlinsville

I love to take my kids and come here as a family for some ice cream. You get a big serving for their soft serve! Yummy! Their foods are also sooo good. Although I love this place, I do miss the zoo that was once here. I grew up with that zoo.

Delicious soft ice cream! Chocolate, Vanilla chocolate/vanilla twist always available, but be sure to watch for the flavor of the month. Black Raspberry in May, Strawberry in June, Peach in August are some personal favorites. In June they also have an amazing strawberry shortcake sundae. ???????? Any place with homemade soft serve is going to get at least a 4 from me. But this place is a five regardless. I got the strawberry soft serve and it was amazing. They have a small store too and cool animals like goats, geese and turkeys

Good ice cream spot for the whole family! All the staff are volunteers working for free and the proceed of the store goes to a ministry for young boys! Outside there is a small pond with different themed sitting areas!

Not as good as I had hoped it would be. The butter pecan had a good flavor but only small pieces of chopped nuts, and not very many. The triple chocolate was just ok, nothing special. And the waffle cone $1 extra) was burned so the last bite just tasted burnt.
