Subway - Raymond

It's a pretty clean Subway. Workers are nice. I'll go back.

Most times we order subway for lunch they get our order slightly wrong, which isn’t the end of the world. This time it was really bad. We ordered two sandwiches, the ingredients on 1 were a mix of both of the sandwiches ordered. I have never called to complain, but this time I had to! She told me we had to bring the sandwiches back in order for a refund. Unfortunately we had no time to go back due to work. I was hoping they would be more understanding, but now we are just hungry. ? I tried to contact corporate or customer service but nothing worked of course. Hopefully they can up their game. So disappointed!

Came in at 9 was told cash only,ran back with 15mins they closed early don't waste time. Will not eat here again

I come here every Thursday and love the guy that’s at the counter, he’s remembered my order right down to the extra cheese and I’m delighted, I’d give HIM five stars if I could

Great service! Miles was attentive to order details and very friendly. An excellent experience ordering, service was fast and efficient.
