Pizza Hut - Raymore

All 3 pizzas were underdone. The thin crispy was still raw. Store tried to redeliver and the dasher never delivered. Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Not worth the trouble.And now, they mysteriously can't refund my money.

I have been ordering online and picking up a carry out order from this location for over five years. The pizzas have always been very tasty and ready when promised give or take five minutes. I have no issues with the carry out service from this location. The dining room, however, does not look very inviting to me. It just seems kind of dingy. I've never eaten in the dining room and don't intend to.

They door dash your food. My order sat at the store for 20 minutes until it got picked up by door dash. Last time it never got delivered.

Mariah is a class act. I must say, her can-do attitude, optimism, and transparency led me to have a fantastic experience. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious as well. I will be coming back again soon for more delicious, hot meals.

I can't speak for delivery or dine-in, but this is one of the better Pizza Huts in the area for take-out (online/mobile ordering). I have a couple that are closer to me, but I always order from this one because the pizza is hot, the toppings are fair/generous and uniformly distributed. Also the crust consistently seems correct, unlike some others that under/over-cook it (or don't let the dough rise enough). I like picking up from the drive-thru window (this location clearly used to be a bank branch), it's convenient and the employees always seem pleasant.
