I ordered steak burritos and I got some skinny tortillas with beans thrown in and like literally 3 funny tasting poorly cooked pieces of steak. This has happened too many times. I'm just done with Taco Bell. I give up. It's not even cheap and it's not healthy and it never tastes good anymore so there's absolutely no point. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The female employee that was there, I’m assuming the manager, was cussing up a storm and complaining about customer’s orders. When another employee brought to her attention that there were people in the lobby her words were “I don’t give a f^€k” it took 27 minutes to get our food. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

There was bugs in the bag. The food was iffy. No service whatsoever. The soda machine and everything around it had mold growing on it. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What has happened to customer service. We walked in to place our order. The lady behind the counter wouldn’t take our order. She just directed us to use the kiosk behind us. If I wanted to use the kiosks I would have. I simply wanted to place my order and have lunch. Kiosks are normally filthy. I refuse to use them. So, I went to Culver’s price is similar but the service is way better. Service: Dine in
