Papa Gino's - Raynham

"DoorDash manages a significant number of deliveries for this restaurant. Unfortunately, they don’t knock when they drop off your order, which means it can be left on your doorstep. I was waiting for my delivery and eventually opened the door, only to discover my food cold on the porch! I called the Raynham location to express my frustration about it being left outside, and after some discussion, they acknowledged that it was DoorDash's mistake, even though I had ordered directly from the Raynham website. They apologized for the inconvenience but did not provide any solution for my cold meal."

I called early on Halloween to place my order and spoke with someone about it. Unfortunately, they messed it up and said they couldn't make any changes because they had just received a lot of orders. I was the first to order, but it seemed like it didn’t matter because the other customers were prioritized over me.

The delivery service is terrible; they get your order wrong every single time. To make matters worse, if you express any concerns or complaints, they will stop delivering to you. Very unprofessional.

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed sitting in a booth reminiscent of my childhood. The pizza arrived hot and fresh. We took advantage of the lunch special, which was under $15, and we left feeling full and satisfied. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

When my order arrived, the pizza was so burnt that I couldn’t eat it, and while the breadstick was a bit burnt as well, it was barely edible, so I managed to eat that but had to throw the pizza away. I understand that prices have gone up, and I’m usually not one to complain about costs or write reviews, but paying $20 for a small pizza is just outrageous. Typically, they don’t double charge for toppings that are already included on the pizza. I mentioned this to the staff member, but he maintained that he had to enter it that way. How is it reasonable to charge $20 for a small pizza when the only added topping was red onions? If it weren't for the fact that they refunded my money, I would have given them just one star, but I appreciate that gesture. Still, I would have preferred to receive my order cooked properly in the first place.
