Church's Texas Chicken - Raytown

I really like these churches, I don't give him five stars because I noticed on my reception that I was overloaded. because it's a small amount, I don't make a big fuss, but I know it's going to end for her. Eating was a kind of gland. the chicken of the worst church I ate. one of hardesty is much better! the courts were good.

I had an online order to pick up that should've already been made, so I get there to pick it up and their doors are all locked with a line of 12 cars that wasn't moving, I tried to call to see if they could bring it to me since it was supposedly already made and they wouldn't answer the phone. Church's is by far one of THE worst places to go. Even if I had waited in the line for God knows how long my stuff would've been cold since it was already made. When they claim their lobby is open for takeout orders maybe they should actually have it open and not have people wasting their time and money. 0/5 stars

I always have a bad experience when I go to the Raytown location. Bad customer service and cold food is a given here. I only visited more than once due being desperate for food and their the closest thing open at the time. I'll just starve until the next day from now on

Extremely disappointing. Order a 10 PC mixed with two sides and biscuits (supposed to feed 5 people). Open it to find a small fry (barely even what would come in individual meal) and no biscuits. This location used to be great. Avoid this location.
