I asked the girl why didn't they call or text me and she said my boss wouldn't let me then I said can I talk toyour manager she said I am the manager. Are you all as confused as I am now who's the boss and who's the manager at the Domino'sin Raytown not really sure. Then when I asked her am I going to get a refund she's on the cash register and won't give me eyecontact or nor will she talk to me I said did I get my money back and she goes yeah and I said why didn't you just go ahead andcall me and she said we thought you might want something else and I said but if I had ordered pizza wouldn't it take 30 minutesto make and she ignored me and would not answer me. Then I said can you give me a gift card for all the trouble and the girlsaid no I can't I don't have a gift card to give you I said I guess I'll have to complain to corporate and she Shrugged hershoulders and said whatever never giving me eye contact again. Domino's sucks
Slow slow slow, made a simple order, medium pizza and wings for my kids. Food was never delivered, after two hours I decided to go up to the store because they never answer the phone and demand a refund. Just ridiculous, never ordering from this placeagain.
I ordered a drink, pizza, and breadsticks, paying in advance through the website. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that they were out of my chosen drink and all other options except for Diet Coke. The staff explained that the website did not reflect their actual stock. Unfortunately, they couldn't process a refund for the drink, so I had the option of taking store credit or settling for the Diet Coke. It's crucial for the staff to be able to update the website with real-time availability, especially if refunds aren't an option. I couldn't help but wonder what would have happened if I had placed a larger order. While I don't blame the workers, the lack of communication between the website and the restaurant was disappointing.
I had a terrible experience with my recent order. It arrived over two hours late, and I live just about a 7-minute drive away. When the food finally got here, it was burnt and cold, and I didn’t even receive a full portion. I emailed to file a complaint, but I never heard back from anyone. Honestly, I am really disappointed with Domino's!
I love Domino's! However, my last order was incorrect, and they didn't have what I originally requested. The staff is really friendly and always takes great care of me. I'm considering filing a complaint and requesting a replacement for my order, but I'm not sure if I should. What do you think?
