Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

I recently dined at BO's for the first time, as it was recommended by my girlfriend. It was also a new location for both of us. When we arrived at night, the cashier was busy but still managed to serve us promptly, which was appreciated. However, as the night progressed, we noticed some employees watching videos together in the dining area and using colorful language. The food was decent, but there is room for improvement in terms of employee management and serving warmer dishes.

I haven't visited this restaurant since the early 1990s. I needed something for lunch and dinner, so I ordered the 2 piece chicken meal with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The chicken was cooked perfectly, down to the bone. The biscuit was warm and delicious. I was impressed and will definitely be back. It seems like I'll have to save room for salad tomorrow since I'm stuffed.

Bojangles chicken is the best! However the food staff and cashiers are extremely slow. They get your order wrong most of the time. Warning! Don't leave that line until you check your food!Food: 4/5

Service was excellent. Melissa the cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable. Other employees should follow her example of enjoying what they do. Food was great. Young man assisting Melissa is another example of what good employees are.
