chick-Fil-A - Reading

1 hr in line is not ideal for fast food. I won?t be come back until this is fixed. And there is no ways to get out of line if you don?t want to wait.

Went through the drive-through around 10 p.m. and it only took about 10-15 minutes total. They forgot to give us one of our drinks, so we parked and ran in with the receipt and they quickly, politely got it for us. All the food tasted fine! ????????

Store is currently closed for a remodel. I overheard a staff member saying they bought some of the Chili's parking lot, will be turning the building in the other direction, and adding a double drive thru. I'm really hoping this will help with the trafficissues at the entrance that the previous model had. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Food is always good!

It was good, it was not cheap but it was really good. It was super packed because kids got off school early. It is not usually super packed, it can be really packed but that is the worst I have seen it packed. There was one table left and I got itthankfully. Otherwise it was an amazing experience, grilled chicken was a bit weird. Don't recommend trying grilled chicken withchick fil a sauce.

I've been to all the other locations in the area, and this is by far the worst as far as service goes. Ordered a salad and specifically asked for a different salad dressing than comes standard, they gave me the wrong salad dressing. Not only that, I asked for the warm grilled chicken only to receive ICE COLD chicken. Ok fine people make mistakes so we went back to ask for the correct salad dressing and also mentioned that the chicken was cold instead of warm. The employee proceeded to tell my husband that the chicken is supposed to be cold and doesnt not ever come warm. Then why does the order options on the website specifically list the option for WARM chicken? Screenshot added in case they think I'm making it up!
