Contribuisci feedbackThe absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunks! The kid behind the counter was rude, burnt the bagels and threw the food at the counter. I’ve never been so disappointed.
Normally I have fast service here with mobile ordering and it’s great. However, I just wanna know how they’ve been out of pumpkin flavoring on the app for coffee basically all season! It’s crazy- wondering when it’ll be back…..
I usually order the same thing every time a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, donuts, drink. They always forget to give me my donuts. The service here is friendly the place is clean though. I like this location better than the one around the corner from my house.
MANAGEMENT WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY REVIEW. THEY CARELESS ABOUT FEEDBACKS!Before visiting any restaurants and service providers, I normally check their review, but who should be checking review for a Dunkin? Now, I know better, I will keep checking reviews before I go into any of these places. If I have gone through previous reviews on this Dunkin, I wouldn't be here, but it's good I got here to witness their poor customer service and add my genuine review to their service.I usually do my reviews based on my personal experience and without any hate or biased mind. This Dunkin is one of the most unpleasant places to visit with terrific staff who are rude, arrogance and lack manners.There were two people with special needs who have intellectual disabilities and are trying to buy coffee. The staff were very inpatient and intolerant with the most embarrassing manners I have ever witnessed.These staff need to be trained in customer relations and many other areas before they can be Station in this Dunkin, if the management are interested in making genuine profit.No body deserves to be treated like a trash inrespective of your disabilities, looks, or appearance. The folks came into Dunkin with their card to pay. They don't look like berger. Some of us waiting in the line was telling them to be patient with the customers, but the low pay staff was busy with his frustration.I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin to anyone who cares about customer service and respect for humanity, either black or white.This Dunkin just lost a customer because I wouldn't visit here again.
The worst most miserable people working there. I went through an entire order with them never saying a word to me. Happens every time I go there. They happily take my money but never say thank you.
