Libby's Bbq - Reading

I placed a grubhub order. when the driver went to pick it up and a half hour after I placed my order the driver is informed that they do not have my order. My order had to be canceled and notification said because they didnt have an item. Maybe instead of canceling the order call the customer. it was literally canceled 15 to 25 minutes before I was due to receive it. Poor customer Service

Ordered through doordash. Poor quality meat, gave me like 7 tots, and no cutlery or napkins to eat with. If I had known it was just ruby Tuesdays I would never have ordered from them. Yuck.

My meal and my husband spare ribs were in the worst I ever had. Not sure if they were spoiled. TGI Fridays were always good

My dinner was 40 minutes late, brisket was dry, beans tasted like right out of the can and Cole slaw had no taste. Never again and over priced.

VERY dry ribs!!! The beans must be out of a can and the potato salad saw very bland! At least the potatoes were not overcooked. Need to close this place down!!! I need a refund!
