She assured me they were, but then she opened the bin and placed the steak directly on top of cold mushrooms, cheese, and peppers. The meat seemed greasy and old, likely just reheated from this morning instead of being freshly cooked. I also ordered pierogies and mozzarella sticks, which were fried in old oil. I ended up wasting $36 on a meal that will probably make me sick later.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today after reading some great reviews, and I decided to give it a try. It's a charming little spot for steak and hoagies. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I ordered takeout for lunch, and I would say it was well worth it, with a price range of $10 to $20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.
I ordered a large Cheese Steak while my girlfriend chose the California Chicken Cheese Steak, and both were fantastic. They had amazing flavor, were perfectly seasoned, and served hot off the grill. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5. We enjoyed our dinner experience!
This was my first visit, and I ordered a cheesesteak, which was decent. The service, however, was good.
Here's the truth: This small-town burger joint heats up frozen patties, pre-made perogies, and store-bought fries. I recently slammed two burgers that were downright terrible. Last week, I had a flavorless steak sandwich. When I saw them take the perogies out of a Ms. T bag, I really started to question why I was even there. What's the point of being a mom-and-pop burger place if you're just selling entirely processed foods? I won't be coming back again.
