It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a medium pizza, even though we live just 3 minutes away and requested delivery. The staff was rude, and the manager was unhelpful as well.

I had the opportunity to try the New Buffalo papadea, and I must say I was not particularly impressed. Usually, Papa John's offers some pretty good items, but I found the sauce to be lackluster—there wasn't much of it, and it felt like there was very little chicken. It seemed like they rushed the preparation, and it didn’t have the quality I expected. I might give it another shot, hoping it was just an off day.
