When I brought her this to attention, she cried to me and said I had a health hazard by laying down my mug. then she put sweeteners in a cup, then spilled it to throw the cup over her workstation and became even more rude to me. the second one she made me wrong again, and with me to correct her, she muted under her breath and went away. when I asked who she was manager, she refused to give me a name after asking several times. I'm sorry not to order a coffee without negative attitude or rude comments.
Faster service during the non-conference times that takes a few minutes to get their order. I'm not really a dieucks person, but the first time I left, I ordered a strawberry limonade refreshment and it tasted great with ice and earthy. it is my favorite drink here, especially if I am tired. They can get a strawberry refresher that has caffeine, limonade with a slight fee add, or get limonade if they don't want the strawberry juice and caffeine. the personal is very friendly. great service. weekends, celebrations, free days can be very busy with a line, but not like the very long drive-thru line at dieucks near the urgent care and walmart in wyomissing. in rare cases, however, they can be closed due to the short-workers trained there. a hired person also gave me a job when I went to get my drink because I said it, but that was either in October or november. the drinks are kind of expensive. $3.95 for a large (small size) size refreshment is expensive. recommend, but if it is very busy and they need to hurry and be somewhere at a certain time, then it is not a good time to stop here because it was really busy and I had to take the bus, and left because I did not want to wait 30 minutes on the next bus.
Too slow they need a bigger place. The Berkshire mall is more than half empty.
To be fair, I don't care for Starbucks in the least. I do not drink coffee, nor do I consume any of their food selection. I was visiting for a family member and while the wait staff was nothing short of amazingly friendly, helpful, cheerful, and kind the weight at this specific location tends towards ludicrous. It is not unsurprising to wait a half hour for one beverage going through the drive-thru. I don't mind, because I plan on a lot in that amount of time if I do attend this establishment, but if you are in a rush this is not the best venue for you.,
Super Service from Jr, Hannah, Julianna, and the entire crew.?????
