A soggy, tasteless vegan wrap that costs £3.95. Went here as I was visiting the Business Park, but massively disappointing experience, so never again.
Great food, great customers, great staff always happy to help .. why not pop in to try our festive panini, Turkey, sage and onion stuffing, cranberry sauce and cheddar cheese.
I have an allergy to Bell Pepper and these are almost always in the dishes to bulk them out (despite their portions being very small). Today I went in and, as usual asked, to be told there was none in the dish or salsa. I 'm now left having only had some of my food, getting sick...because I realised the salsa had peppers in it. Luckily my allergy gives me vomiting and extremely bad stomach pains...I won 't die. Only thing is I 'm currently pregnant so this is a problem right now and I 'm already concern about how today 's outcome will affect me.
I wouldn't mind being ripped off if the food was good, the chef here clearly doesn't know how to prepare large quantities of food without drying it out, mainly chicken. They use the same flatbreads every day, referring to it as taco on the mexican day and naan on the indian day. The menu sounds great on paper but the reality is bland dishes that all taste the same at what point is this just miss selling? When lemon or spice is promised it's just entirely missing from the dish. Surely we can do better than this? A new chef with the same menu could potentially turn this around! On a side note, the guy (I think it's Cel) who was onsite recently was much better, he could actually cook to start with and also had a charm that Blend severely lacks.
