Costa Coffee - Reading

The staff was unfriendly. I ordered a warm cheese and ham toastie and found a sultana or similar item stuck in the bread, likely from a previous meal. The utensils seemed dirty, and I found another one in the other half of the toastie. The floor in the building was also filthy.

Cat was so friendly and very helpful, drinks were perfect and served hot just how we like them. Big up

The service is consistently amazing and the coffee is always perfect as well. I would highly recommend grabbing a cup of coffee at Costa every time.

I had my large latte , with an extra shot of coffee. It was nice, the only thing was they had no ice so my son could not have is frappe but apart from that it was very good and the staff were fantastic too which makes the experience so much nicer. Recommend this place so much.

Nikolaus and his team are a well oiled machine, adding value in reminding us of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. His apparent brusqueness is really his determination to do a great job!
