Contribuisci feedbackI was served mouldy bread with my kebab which I didn't discover until I had eaten some of the meat. I mentioned this to a member of staff who looked at me as if it was my fault. He reluctantly offered to put the remaining meat onto another piece of bread but to be honest I was put off at this point and didn't really feel like eating the rest. Had the staff member been a little more polite, I may have considered it. It's a shame as this place was spot on a few years ago. New owners perhaps.
BEST AFGHANI RESTAURANT IN READING. NEVER DISAPPOINT ME OR MY FAMILY EAITHER DINE IN OR ONLINE DELIVERY. GOOD FOOD, NICE PACKAGING, LOVELY STAFF. big no no for the afghani restaurant Da Village) next to Kobeda. Had terrible experience there on our first visit. I must recommend kobeda palace's lamb shank and kobeda kebab. Best place for charcoal grilled kebabs and fish
I have never had a worse experience with koebeda than I did at this restaurant. It was soaked in oily water, dripping all over the nan, and tasted terrible. The salad was not fresh either. I had a horrible experience and even ended up with a stomach ache. I will never go back again. This restaurant is run by unreliable Afghanis.
I purchased a family takeaway for $29.99 and found it to be a great value. It was enough to feed my family of five twice. The food tasted better than average. The restaurant has more of a cafe feel than a formal dining atmosphere. I would definitely get the takeaway again.
Worst ever customer service ive had! I placed and order online for delivery and paid via paypal which after i received confirmation said it was a pick up, i understand sometimes there can be errors onine so i called them straight away to say what happened and that i wasnt able to leave the house to collect hence why i ordered for delivery, the manager called Mohammed said that he couldnt do anything and that i would have to pay an extra £5 for delivery which is more than double what is says on their website £2) i said im willing to give the driver the £2 in cash when he arrives but he was adamant that i had to pay £5 or else i wouldnt be able to have it delivered and that i have to call another company YoYo) to get a refund. I asked to speak to someone higher as i wasnt happy with how he dealt with the situation. He then proceeded to shout at me because i asked for his name as i wanted to make a complaint, i have never spoken to such a vile person before and i will not order from there again!!! I think there has been a change in management as the food hasnt been very good the past few times ive ordered it has been cold when delivered so ive had to reheat in the microwave which makes me think its not been made fresh!!!
