Papa John's Pizza - Reading

Have ordered from here a few times and the pizza was always cold. When trying to complain, the staff do not appear to care.

Really disappointed with this Papa Johns. We regularly order from there as we love the special garlic dip. However there has been several occasions where we haven’t received the ordered and paid for drinks or dips. Tonight once again we didn’t receive our drink we paid for and were told that it’s too far for the driver to come back with, this exact error happened with our last order too. Also today we have been charged twice for the order and told that this will be refunded in the next 3-5 working days, which is frustrating considering it was an issue with Papa Johns meaning we are without that money. I usually rave about papa johns but after being disappointed several times now with bad service and forgetting items I think it’s time for a change in pizza takeaway!

Once you've tried it you wont look back, we have pizza once or occasionally twice a month and this is much healthier than Dominoes, not nearly as greasy or covered in MSG!

Tonight, we ordered pizzas for our daughter's sleepover. Unfortunately, after waiting for over an hour and calling the restaurant, we were told that our order hadn't even been placed in the oven yet. If they had informed us of the long wait beforehand, we would have gone somewhere else. It has now been almost two hours since we placed our order and we still haven't received our pizza. This is definitely not the level of customer service we were expecting.

The pizzas lacked flavor, the potato tots were lukewarm, and the chicken was of poor quality. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
